Mindfulness Programs
Discovering mindfulness changed my life.
I began to notice the small moments, the glimmers, the shared experiences, the simple things that make life feel so rich and beautiful. I started to feel like I was actually living, not just existing.
I also became more aware of what was happening internally - the mental noise, the emotional patterns, the automatic reactions, and felt I had much more control over them. It was the difference between responding vs reacting. In time, my internal world became a much more peaceful place to live.

Many people have tried meditation, apps, or classes, but feel like:
-
“I understand it, but I don’t feel different”
-
“I know about it, but I don't know how to bring it into my life”
-
“I don’t fully get what I’m supposed to be noticing”
That's because mindfulness isn't just something you practice for a few minutes in meditation, the real difference happens when its woven into daily life, shifting how you experience yourself and the world around you. Our work together is about integration - simple, sustainable, science-backed practices that stay with you for life.
How It Works:
A personalised 1:1 journey designed to support a shift in how you relate to your thoughts, emotions, and daily experience.
Sessions include:
- 12 x weekly 1:1 online sessions (1-1.5 hours each)
- Personalised, recorded meditations to build your ability to be present
- Neuroscience informed teaching to help you understand behind the scenes
- Post session resources to support your practice between sessions
- Guidance, structure and accountability for consistency
My Approach:
Personalisation
I am trauma-informed/trained, and use a person-centred approach.
This means we work with your needs, at your pace, instead of a one-size-fits-all approach.

Psychology backed
Grounded in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) & Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the two most evidence-based mindfulness programs. With my background in Psychology, I help you understand the science behind the tools, and use behavioural psychology to help you implement them.

Who this is and isn't for:
This work is not the right fit if you’re looking for a quick fix or a set of techniques to tick off your list, or if you’re hoping for surface-level change without that deeper shift.
While I share practical tools, the real value of this work comes from integration. The shift becomes part of how you live, meaning it requires your willingness to slow down, reflect, and be open to trying different things.
*Mindfulness is considered very safe for most people, however, it may not be suitable for individuals experiencing severe trauma, PTSD, active psychosis, or acute emotional distress. Sessions are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. If unsure, please contact me.
I recently completed Issie's mindfulness sessions, and it has been a profoundly life-changing experience. The sessions offered a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness and meditation, providing tools to cultivate inner peace and calm amidst life’s chaos. The session's focus on self-awareness, stress relief, and emotional well-being helped me develop a deeper understanding of myself and my emotions. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking serenity and a more balanced life. It’s a journey that will leave you feeling more centered and at peace.

The biggest step to mindfulness in my life has been joining Issie's mindfulness program and I am so happy I did it. These past few weeks have been really impactful - I felt calmer and more aware of my thoughts and feelings and also of how others around me were. I loved the variety of activities and the fact that they were tailored to my own preferences. It meant I enjoyed them every week and was looking forward to the sessions.
