My Story
Hi there! My name is Issie.
A few years ago, I had a good job, a routine, a partner, everything was pretty stable, looked fine.
But I kept coming back to this one question...is this what it’s like?
Wake up, work, come home, repeat.
Just moving from one day to the next, feeling a bit numb. My days blurring into each other. The best way I can describe it was going through the motions, being there but not really in it.
I felt very disconnected from myself, from the people around me. But I also didn’t really know how to change it.

Flash forward a few months, I came across mindfulness, which quite literally changed every part of my life. It wasn’t my life itself that changed overnight, but how I experienced it.
I thought to myself if everyone knew about these things the world would be a really different place. So I decided that’s what I would do.
Help other individuals integrate mindfulness into everyday life so they can experience their days like they’re actually in it.
