    Private 1-1 sessions for individuals ready to go beyond foundational principles and dive deeper into mindfulness practices. 1 session (1h-1h30) each week over 6 weeks.

    • Week 2: Mindful movement, connecting with the body

    • Week 4: Building resilience through mindfulness

    Private 1-1 sessions for those wanting to integrate mindfulness holistically into their lifestyle. Breadth of tools to sustain calm and ongoing awareness. 1 session (1h-1h30) each week over 8 weeks.
