Mindfulness Programs

My journey began when I was searching for more clarity and

purpose in my own life.

I had a good job, a routine, a partner, everything was pretty stable, looked fine.

But internally, I felt there had to be a more fulfilling way to be, than always moving from one thing to the next.

Discovering mindfulness changed the way I experienced each day.

Instead of rushing, I began to notice them, the small moments, the glimmers, the shared experiences, the simple things that make life feel so rich and beautiful.

Over time, I realised mindfulness isn't just something you practice through a few minutes of meditation alone. The real difference happens when it’s woven into everyday life, shifting how you experience yourself and the world around you.

Many people are curious about mindfulness but don’t know how to bring it into real life. My work is about integration. Simple, structured, science-backed tools for meaningful living.

How It Works:

We meet once a week for 8 weeks (1.5 hours). Teaching is conducted online and each session includes:

- a combination of slides

- tailored meditations handpicked for you

- practical tools for real-world application

- reflective exercises to support your unique goals

- recorded meditations sent to you after each session so you can sustain practice outside our sessions

My Approach:

Empathy & Personalisation

I am trauma-informed/trained, and use a person-centred approach, carefully tailoring each meditation to your underlying needs, so not every client will get the same meditation scripts and sessions.

Psychology backed

My programs combine Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the two most researched, evidence-based mindfulness programs. I also merge my background in Psychology to help you understand the neuroscience behind the tools, and use behavioural psychology to help you implement them.

*Mindfulness is considered very safe and beneficial for most people, however, it may not be suitable for individuals experiencing severe trauma, PTSD, active psychosis, or acute emotional distress. Sessions are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. If you are unsure, please contact me.

I completed a month-long of Issie's mindfulness sessions, and it has been a profoundly life-changing experience. The sessions offered a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness and meditation, providing tools to cultivate inner peace and calm amidst life’s chaos. The session's focus on self-awareness, stress relief, and emotional well-being helped me develop a deeper understanding of myself and my emotions. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking serenity and a more balanced life. It’s a journey that will leave you feeling more centered and at peace.

The biggest step to mindfulness in my life has been joining the 8-week mindfulness course and I am so happy I did it. These eight weeks have been really impactful - I felt calmer and more aware of my thoughts and feelings and also of how others around me were. I loved the variety of activities and the fact that they were tailored to my own preferences.
